Instagram is now the defacto 21st Century portfolio platform for the majority of photographers but it is far from perfect. I have had a bit of a weird rollercoaster of a relationship with it so I’ve been giving Instagram a lot of thought lately. I’ve come to the conclusion that there are a lot of failings in the platform but also in the way that I use it which could be having a very harmful impact overall.
So why does Instagram drive me crazy? In this video I do a bit of soul searching and have a bit of an Insta rant basically. I still intend to use the platform but I’m going to have to dramatically change my approach to it to get the most from it.
I would be interested to know you own thoughts on Instagram? Do you absolutely love it? Do you hate it? Or a bit of both like me? Let me know. As always any likes, comments or subscribes would be very much appreciated. Cheers 🙂
