My home island the Isle of Man is an often forgotten about and totally overlooked photography location. This small island in the middle of the Irish Sea is blessed with a high density of diverse landscapes packed into a small area. Wild dramatic coast lines, endless windswept beaches, sweeping mountain views, beautiful forested glens, wonderfully dark night skies and remote historic ruins are just some of what the island has to offer. Best of all, most of these locations remain largely unknown and still totally unspoilt.

As an Isle of Man photographer I’m lucky that I’ve got to know these landscapes pretty intimately over the years. My Isle of Man landscape photography galleries are packed full of my stand out images from my photo adventures.

Welcome to my website! As you may have guessed my name is James and I am an Isle of Man based photographer with a passion for the great outdoors, capturing enduring images that stand the test of time and exploring incredible wild places. My main passion is for landscape photography, but I additionally have experience in many other photography niches such as portraiture, events, commercial & wedding photography.

For me it is so massively rewarding to face the ever-changing environment and weather conditions to capture unique moments in time and create enduring memories to last a lifetime. With this site my ultimate goal is to help inspire people to embrace adventure, nature and the wild in the same transformative way I have.
